More and more of my clients are using artificial intelligence for their writing: newsletters, social media, presentations, web copy, and more. My sense is that this is not a good idea, or at least that artificial intelligence should be used with a great deal of care.
It might feel like just a new productivity tool, but I believe it’s more than that. Mass use of artificial intelligence creates mass change. The question is, is it positive or negative mass change? If we want to create a better world, understanding the potential long-term collective impact of using artificial intelligence needs to be factored into our world changing work.
